We are a progressive marketing/tech company looking for a full-time legal admin/paralegal (non-litigation) to join our in-house legal/compliance team.  This position will be stationed in our Boca Raton, FL office.  The purpose of this position is to assist in the day-to-day duties/operations of the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Counsel of the company.  The tasks and responsibilities will be non-litigation focused and primarily serving the legal and compliance needs of the company.  We are looking for someone who is extremely responsible, task/goal oriented, and knows how to stay on track, but also someone who is friendly, enjoyable to be around, and willing/eager to learn.  A portion of this role will also entail project/team management, which will require the tracking of all tasks assigned/delegated to the legal/compliance department, and following up with those responsible to ensure all tasks get fulfilled in a timely fashion.  If you are a self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to join a large and rapidly growing company, please apply below.  We can’t wait to hear from you!


This is an on-site position in Boca Raton, FL.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track all tasks related to legal and compliance as requested via various chat programs
  • Conduct comprehensive ongoing audit of all business state filings/licenses issued company-wide
  • Analyze and maintain state filing and licensing records (hard-copy, electronic format and specialized software)
  • Analyze and maintain company fed/state tax documents
  • Assist General and Corporate Counsel by organizing files, preparing legal documents, and performing general clerical tasks
  • Perform legal research
  • Discuss and provide proposed responses and/or resolutions to legal issues
  • Conduct ongoing compliance audits
  • Review marketing material for company/regulatory standards
  • Support HR department
  • Keep paperwork and digital documents organized and properly filed
  • Organizing schedules, calendars, meetings, and more
  • Provide other administrative and support services related to legal, compliance and HR as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of legal (non-litigation) or administrative experience (an internship is acceptable) (in-house for corporation and/or law firm preferred)
  • Proficiency in communicating in English via verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in Google Suite with expertise in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and a changing environment

Beginning wage up to $15.00 per hour and regular salary review with merit increases based on performance
