    Job Description:
    Site: A Condominium located in Toronto
    Job Type: Full Time Monday to Friday
    Shift: 7am - 3pm
    Compensation rate: $ 18.50/hr

    Responsibilities:
    ·      Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front line representative of our client’s organizations
    ·      Monitoring and providing support for the site team
    ·      Training all new staff assigned to the site
    ·      Resolve any on-site personnel conflicts by helping conduct internal investigations
    ·      Providing leadership and guidance when needed
    ·      Be accessible to your site team to assist with emergency calls outside of work hours
    ·      Coordinate and assist with all company mandated training
    ·      Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment
    ·      Provide accurate and detailed administrational work
    ·      Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
    ·      Supervise the logging in and out of key site equipment (radios, keys)
    ·      Monitor CCTV and card access systems
    ·      Assist with the Amenity bookings (party rooms, elevators, etc.)
    ·      Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
    ·      Complete walking patrols and inspections of the building and its equipment
    ·      Review, know and follow the site post orders
    ·      Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures
    ·      Additional duties as assigned

    The Ideal candidate will possess:
    ·      Valid Security Guard License
    ·      Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
    ·      Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)
    ·      Eager about working as a part of a responsible and capable team
    ·      Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
    ·      Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
    ·      Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service
    ·      Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
    ·      Exceptional report writing and communication skills
    ·      Effective access control capabilities
    ·      Basic computer literacy for digitalized tasks
