This is a full-time seasonal role from July through October, with the potential to become a permanent position. Typical hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, however we are open to more flexible hours for the right candidate, such as having a weekday off and working Saturdays or working a shorter shift.
This role is almost exclusively devoted to supporting our sales and operations teams with computer data entry, reports, and customer correspondence. Clear and accurate communicators are a must for this role! This role is also responsible for filing and recording customer lead information in our Customer Management System, Salesforce. In addition to these daily details, this role supports the maintenance and functioning of the location in any other ways that are needed.
Position Overview
The Seasonal Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the General Manager and Bloomington Sales & Ops teams with all data entry and management responsibilities. The SAA is responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and communication with customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Seasonal Administrative Assistant is primarily focused on the following objectives:
• Customer Data Management, Greeting customers in the showroom
• Support filing and office maintenance duties and other administrative tasks

Role and Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Enter and manage customer data in CRM, Salesforce
- Assist with documenting customer calls and correspondence
• Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks
• Complete other office or department duties as assigned
