POSITION SUMMARY:
The role will build and grow external partnerships through distribution sales channels that include brokers, employers, and wellness platforms. The EHC will make sales and create lasting relationships by leveraging a personal network and performing high levels of outreach in person, over the phone, and digitally to increase user sign-ups by promoting accessibility through new partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve Peerfit sales and revenue goals by acquiring new client companies, and retaining and expanding relationships with current clients
  • Utilize advanced consultative selling skills to identify and obtain new client accounts and drive the growth of Peerfit.
  • Lead and participate in the proposal development process for clients, contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies, and organize and lead solution implementation team(s)
  • Develop and continuously strengthen network of business relationships in the health insurance, insurance broker, wellness, fitness and health solutions communities
  • Ensure continuous update of knowledge and understanding of Peerfit's strategies, capabilities, products, and services
  • Partner closely with other internal stakeholders to include Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to ensure that objectives and priorities are best enabled within the business development organization

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of sales experience with strong track record of exceeding sales goals to include experience selling software platforms and/or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to large employer organizations and the ability to negotiate contractual agreements to close deals 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective external and internal relationships in a remote organization
  • Experience with creating and delivering presentations and proposals

NICE TO HAVES:
  • Knowledge of  health, wellness, fitness and insurance industry and multi-state account expertise
  • Broad network of existing relationships in the insurance, wellness and/or fitness market

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
