Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
  • Proactively partner with hiring managers and senior partners to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation, ensuring the best possible candidate fit
  • Identify and recruit active and passive candidates through employee referrals, sourcing, networking, social media and market research 
  • Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for technical roles that result in sourcing and hiring for top talent
  • Edit and re-format new hire resumes
  • Manage PDG’s social media brand presence across Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

Requirements 

  • 3-7 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles including Software Engineers, Technical Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Analysts
  • Strong knowledge of engineering skill sets (coding languages, technical stacks and terminology)
  • A passion for building effective, cohesive teams
  • The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
  • The desire to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner
  • Excellent communication skills

  • In-house experience a plus
