Must-Have
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service. Certification a plus.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML, HTML and CSS
• Web Services integration experience
• Strong knowledge of the Service Now data model and relationships such as CMDB, Asset, etc
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment.
• Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified ServiceNow CMDB as well as integrating data between ServiceNow instances and other monitoring tools
• Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods
• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
• Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS and integration with ServiceNow
• Preferred Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Should have good communication skills
Good-to-Have
• Experience in IT Service Management process & tools
• Conversant with Incident management & other tools integrations
• Process improvement experience and understanding of IT assets and processes
