· Monitor the SOA Servers threads, connection pools, message queues.
· Monitor SOA servers for process/service performance and SLA
· Monitor custom Application/Service alerts and log files
· Monitor load, performance metrics and usage
· Manage resources (space, CPU, Memory) usage
· Manage backup, recovery
· Monitor debug and log files
· WebLogic & SOA Server Management:
· Administration Server, Node Manager and WLS Cluster Installations & configurations setup.
· JMS and Distributed Destinations
· Platform JDBC Connection Pool
· Admin and Managed Server Deployments
· Inter-domain Communication
· Application/Service Promotion Process
· Deployment Scenarios and Deploying Major Releases

· Review Middleware statistics for performance bottlenecks
· Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Severity Level 1 incidents
· Be primary contact/interface to Oracle Support and Engineering
· Validate break-fix patches provided by Oracle Support
· Conduct impact analysis of patches on Environment
· Modify Environment components for Oracle patch impacts
· Validate and apply fixes for issues resolved by Oracle Support
· Create trace files, thread dumps, JRA logs for issue resolution to Support.
· Open Oracle Support Cases and Generate performance Technical Assistants Requests (TARs)
Good-to-Have
· Knowledge on SOA Suite 11g , SOA Suite 12c , OSB 11g & OSB 12c
· Experience in installation of SOA products in IaaS
· Good Communication skills
· Experience in working in Multi-vendor environment.
