The Data Protection Program Analyst job is for a candidate who has the necessary experience around Data Protection across the application stack, and cryptographic methods and systems, and can help drive adoption of data protection methods to protect the enterprise sensitive assets. This job requires a candidate who can make risk based assessments to customer use cases and apply the right solutions. The job entails putting the customer interest at the fore-front, both the external customers because of whom we are in business, as well as the internal customers who are enabling business capabilities with security embedded. The job will require developing and implementing an enterprise Data Protection Program to apply a risk based model to implement data security at the highest level for the most critical and high risk applications. The program will entail working with various stakeholders, and managing a massive program roadmap and budget, ensuring all tasks are planned, delivered and tracked using a Scaled Agile model. The job requires a mind-set of automating workflows where it's feasible and where it makes sense, abstracting business teams from the cryptographic systems and controls that are available in the company, and enable those through secure APIs for easier consumption.
  6-8 Years 
Qualifications:
  *   Good understanding of application development tool chain, security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography.
  *   Experience working with application developers, cloud infrastructure, network and database teams
  *   Experience with application level encryption, transparent database and file systems encryption
  *   Experience working with or working for global systems integrators or solution engineering teams
  *   Understanding of the Payment business, and industry standards and regulations like PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, NY DFS, CCPA around data protection and privacy.
  *   Bachelor's degree in one of the STEM fields
  *   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data encryption, key management, PKI solutions engineering
  *   Professional Security Certification (e.g. CISSP) desired but not required

Responsibilities:
  *   Reporting to the Data Protection Program Manager, the candidate will be driving to stand up the program on its feet and hit the ground running
  *   Be a liaison to multiple stakeholder teams and partners, and have the ability to wear multiple hats at the same time, to help drive his teams' objectives and priorities.
  *   Work with the Data Protection Product Owners as well as the Delivery teams to help drive the adoption of the solutions globally
  *   Socialize the Data Protection Strategy and Roadmap and drive adoption and migration
  *   Create a multi-year roadmap for application team adoption and migration of data protection solutions and risk remediation
  *   Identify opportunities where rapid risk reductions can be accomplished
  *   Understand the business application complexities and challenges and provide the appropriate guidance, engage the right SMEs, etc. to address barriers to risk reduction
  *   Prioritize tasks and escalate issues timely to leadership, and should drive decisions to be made in an informed and quick manner
  *   Work in a virtual team environment where other team members are scattered across the globe and are in different time zones.
