• Hands on experience in Calibrating Hybrid Powertrain Controls on dyno, vehicle
• Excellent Hybrid Powertrain domain knowledge
• Good knowledge of FMEA, controls and software architecture
• Knowledge of CANoe/CANalyzer, CAPL scripting.
• Working Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, ETAS INCA

• Support control system development and calibration activities (FMEA, performance evaluation of different design choice, control strategy design review, etc.) in hybrid strategic optimization, Thermal Control area
• Support controls development team in defining architecture changes request (ACR) and software changes request (SWCR)
• Define and execute detailed Cal Maturity Plan and deliver calibration dataset for dyno, mule vehicle
• Define and execute DVP&R to support Calibration Release
• Support lead calibrator in generating vehicle performance status in emission, fuel economy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• BS or MS in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering or related field.
