2 - 5 years’ of relevant work experience with a degree program is preferred. Must have completed Green Belt certification. Insurance Industry level certification in relevant field will be preferred.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and regulations. Identifies opportunities to improve products, processes and service delivery across all channels.
• Utilizing previous consulting and industry experience to help Insurance Organizations to set and achieve their long term goals.
• Performing accurate analysis and designing effective solutions to a variety of client issues
• Working directly with clients to address their issues and acting as the day to day relationship contact
• Writing and presenting reports that document the results of the work performed
• Insurance industry experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting to Insurance companies
• Process documentation knowledge on Industry approved Tools
• Experience in driving Process Improvement and Business Process Management Projects
• Prior experience in doing Process documentation and data Analysis using various Tools and Techniques used in Lean Six Sigma Assignments (Ex.: Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC approach, Poka Yoke, Kanban, what-if Analysis, Pareto Analysis)
• Knowledge about Operational Metrics and KPIs used in Insurance Industry
• Getting the Voice of Customer/ Problem statement from relevant stakeholders
• Create a high level project scope based on Problem statement
• Get stakeholders buy in for the project scope & high level timeliness
• Creating Detailed Project Plan & milestones
• Perform Data collation needed for analysis
• Analyze As-Is process & Data collated
• Conducting Brainstorming session with project team for To Be processes state
• Creating Value Stream Map & Performing Waste Analysis
• Providing Recommendation and Solutions road-map
• Get stakeholders buy in for the Recommendations & Road-map ahead
• Preparing a pilot implementation plan
• Preparing pilot readiness enablers to execute the pilot
• Implementation of Pilot
• Preparing a control and sustain plan and implement post pilot
• Share the project closure summary to the all the stakeholders
• Customer Centricity: Guides customer as to what is best and beneficial for his organization.
• Customer Relationship Management:
· Networks with other team leaders and subject matter experts (SME's).
· Interfaces with operations leader/manager to address all Process related challenges and provides solutions to the same based on previous consulting experience and Industry best practices
• Reports task completion vis-à-vis Targets on a periodic basis and takes appropriates mitigation plans to address the same if deadlines are missed.
• Drives performance improvements & continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree.
Green Belt Certification is a must
Insurance Domain industry accepted Certification would be an added advantage
