| Technical/Functional Skills | · Experience with Model Based Development Tools like Matlab Simulink, Stateflow · Expert in Control System Design and Development for Powertrain applications using MATLAB. · Good knowledge of OBD · Expert in Embedded Software Development · Proficient in Code generation using RTW · Experience on M-scripting and debugging · Knowledge of microcontrollers (preferably Freescale) · Knowledge of SDLC · Fundamental knowledge of Hybrid, Electric automotive architectures.

| Roles & Responsibilities | · Model Based Development for Powertrain Control Unit · Support for identifying the root causes for various embedded controller level issues like Throughput, memory optimization etc. · Support for Development of hybrid operating strategies, powertrain control and optimization strategies · Manage customer software requirements · Test and validate new software features on bench and in vehicle · Investigate and resolve system and software feature anomalies using debugging tools · Provide structured feedback on the tasks assigned as well as anticipated new tasks that are foreseen to the immediate supervisors and manager · Contribute actively in the weekly team meeting regarding process improvements, test methodology and operations at a team level. · Coordination experience with other stake holders for data gathering/ resolution

| Education | • BS or MS in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering or related field.
