Responsibilities
Member of a dynamic team of AV professionals Reports to Director, Technology Leads support efforts in locally, leads other support technicians on processes, schedules, system maintenance, and best practices Takes on any special projects, RD projects, or other requests by the Director, Technology or other leadership and see projects through from design to completion Reports metrics related to support, projects, research, and other technical data to quantify resource usage Advanced audio visual installation and construction knowledge and experience Ability to manage various projects and tasks from start to finish Advanced ability to communicate to both technical resources and users, both written and verbal Advanced skills in project documentation, technical writing, and presentation development Interfaces and manages vendor relationships for a wide range of projects Available as an AV escalation resource during off hours Assists with after hour events in rotation with the rest of the team Operates and tests daily functionality of all AV and integrated conference rooms Performs routine testing and problem diagnosis for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers
LCD Plasma Displays Performs preventative maintenance to resolve problem or identify resolution to appropriate vendor or manufacturer Troubleshoots AV problems last minute as required as well as non-critical situations Assists with company meetingsfunctions that require use of AV infrastructure (audio, video conferencing, webcasting, visual display or projection, and control system operations Interacts with clients and maintain ticketing system to respond to end user requests Coordinates with client staff to determine AV basic infrastructure requirements for any new conference room, media design, or presentations Manages setup and breakdown of all onsite meetings
Daily system testing to ensure equipment and room functionality Responsible for escalating all "next level break fix and other issues to Director, Technology for resolution Performs remote testing for local and regional offices Ensures all AV spaces are presentable for use Takes direction for other projects that may be assigned Adheres to Nielsen-outlined AV standards and best practices

Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred O Minimum 5 years of related work experience ,Demonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures
Video conferencing experience including operation, call set-up and equipment Demonstrated AV Control experience including Crestron, Extron, andor AMX
Experience and knowledge of all audio visual systems O Industry certifications, like CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, DMC-4K, or other a plus
