• 7+ years of technical SFDC experience
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and administration fundamentals
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Sales Cloud certification is a must | If not strong practical knowledge of Sales Cloud
• At least one recent implementation on Sales Cloud in technical lead capacity a must
• Experience and awareness of Salesforce Lightning implementation
• Experience of working on Agile projects, tools (JIRA, Agile Accelerator) and awareness of processes
• Proven team leading experience and ability to manage and assign technical tasks/user stories
• Experience in a direct customer facing role and rigor for driving problems to closure
• Experience with Sales Cloud roll outs and UAT process
• Awareness about Service Cloud. Prior experience is a big plus
• Ability to lead the team through Salesforce critical issue and lead the troubleshooting efforts
• Strong SDLC process awareness and ability to foresee and report timely risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in ITIL processes and ticketing tool Service Now
• Experience in Release management
