Must-Have
• Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace
• Understanding of field service role for supporting IT devices at the site such as PCs, Laptops, Printers, Network device hand and feet support etc.
• Innovation ideas and automation opportunities in migration activities
• Best Practices on improving/stabilizing sites
• Must have a good experience in handling day to day system issues
• Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution & Hardware/Software Inventories.
• Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting the Windows (client and server) operating system.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell is a plus.
• Providing level II and III troubleshooting/support
• Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.
• Experience with managing iOS, Windows in Global environment.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
• Must be resourceful and possess the ability and willingness to take initiative.
• Provide on-call/after-hours support (application upgrades, security patching, outages, etc.) for growing IT infrastructure.

• Assessment of customer's environment prior to migration.
