Must-Have
• 15-18 year working experience in Software/ Manufacturing IT industry
• 5-7 years for experience as the IOT, I4.0, MES. MOM advisory for key customers in CPG and Process manufacturing
• Experience of working on IOT, I4.0 projects in CPG and Process manufacturing domain
• Able to lead business development and consulting effort for large client engagements
• Able to work independently Good analytical & troubleshooting skill
• Good communication – both written and verbal
• Should be self-motivated and good team player, Able to work independently, managing the stakeholder from both TCS and client side
• Experience of working in CPG and Process manufacturing industry
• Should have exposure to mapping of business processes, generating functional requirement for automation projects, conceptualizing solutions for identified to-be processes.
• Understanding of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation experience of automation layers covering MES/MOM systems, Integration concepts on automation platforms, edge connectivity etc.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles, Techno Functional Consulting, Solution Evaluation, Estimations Review
• Plant Automation, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Operations Management, Manufacturing IT,
• Understanding on IOT Platforms like Siemens, GE, SAP, Microsoft, PTC ThingWorX, Mfg Analytics, AR+VR, Image and Video Analytics
• Understanding on MES Platforms GE Proficy, SAP MES/ MOM Platforms/ tools
Good-to-Have
• Certification in any of the above Technologies Platform would be an added advantage
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
