Looking for a profile that will be responsible for managing the Application Development and Maintenance of various systems/application hosted in Distributed platform.
As PM, he will be managing the delivery and point of contact for various business groups. Should be comfortably working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams at all levels of an organization. Need to have experience in Vendor / Conflict management.
 
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Good Team player.
Should be able to handle multiple large programs/ projects / priority issue.
·         Working experience in managing large programs / projects and Maintenance issues
·         Exposure to distributed system viz Java, Oracle DB a must
·         Exposure to Agile / Kanban added advantage
·         Track and ensure timely delivery of milestones/deliverables of projects and programs for all service line - Development / Enhancement / Maintenance
·         Manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders, across functional teams, groups
·         Resolve issues and manage risks associated to owned projects and programs
·         Prepare, maintain, and present project management documents (project plan, project charter, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, change management logs, project actuals vs. projected, timesheets, task assignments, etc.) as needed
·         Manage rhythm of business, project SharePoint, documents and distribution lists
·         Manage and drive project reporting needs, including updates to the executive dashboard
·         Schedule and facilitate meetings, including communication of summary and action items
·         Build presentations for meetings and executive communications
·         Collaborate daily with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, product owners and managers
·         Excellent communication skills, proven ability to communicate effectively across an organization, develop and manage relationships
·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and tools
·         Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis
·         A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies and working under pressure
·         Flexible and collaborative working style, ability to work in various different types of client environments
·         Ability to lead decision making through influence, the ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of the client as needed throughout the project lifecycle
