Job Description:
• Troubleshooting Rest API’s & WCF services
• Able to analyze the log files for application troubleshooting using Splunk tool
• Coordinate with downstream and upstream application teams to analyze the root cause
• Handling the product release validations
• Understanding release management process and promoting the products to production
• Coordinate with engineering team to understand the system for promoting the products/raising infra request
Skill Set:
• Good analytical skill
• Experience in querying Splunk data
• Experience in creating splunk dashboards
