Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
· Major incident resolution that involves Analyze, design, build, and test workarounds and application changes
· Onboarding of accounts for new platforms
· Trouble shooting PAM failure issues
· Resolving Password Reconciliation issue
· Resolve CPM Password failure issue
· Design new safe for new platforms
· CyberArk Platform Policy configuration/changes
· CyberArk Master Policy configuration/changes
· Adding exception in policies
· Handling business queries
· Participating in DR Drill activities
