 PeopleSoft Enterprise - Product Configuration (Functional)  (Compensation Module)– E2 level
 | Experience Required | 10 and above Yrs.
 | Roles & Responsibilities | • Working directly with customers across global on benefits and compensation as SME and also interacting with vendors 
 • Resolving benefits and compensation related issues 
 • Configuring Benefits and compensation in PeopleSoft 
 • Writing  SQL programs 
 • Contributes throughout project life cycles. 
 • Test and reconcile designs to source systems and business specifications. This includes understanding business processes and translating them into requirements
 | Generic Managerial Skills | Good communication and collaboration skills 
 Leading from the front
 | Education | Graduate in engineering or  Graduate in  Human Resource
