Leadership
Build and grow Finance and Accounting , Procurement and supply chain services for Energy& Resources business for play an active role in developing and building long term relationships with senior executives to deepen understanding of the clients’ business. The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the company’s capability in Energy& Resources vertical. Develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, and for providing distinctive thought leadership in this area, collaborating with other Practices and accounts and delivery teams for developing offerings and cross-selling to existing clients and prospects.
Build and drive business models capable of identifying and generating new business, rapidly migrating and integrating new processes and ensuring that it delivers consistent productivity benefits
Responsible for Revenue and TCV Growth for existing and new accounts
Qualify potential deals that match clients’ and strategic priorities and against quantitative and qualitative KPIs by considering market strategy, deal requirements, growth potential, and financials
Identify potential Cross sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow Energy& Resources Sector Business process services
Serve as primary point of contact to target company management - engaging at very senior levels and guiding executives on both sides through consultative sales process and execution that delivers results
Develop trust-based, enduring relationships with key executives to identify emerging business opportunities (to cross sell / up sell) with the team, determine critical success factors (CSFs) and collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs
Close new business deals by coordinating across a variety of disparate constituents – clients’ needs assessment - developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and setting up performance tracking capabilities
Contribute to defining, measuring and reviewing engagement deliverables and tracking project dashboards and reports with client leaders and domain delivery leaders within existing engagements to ensure consistent improvement in compliance against stated SLAs
Review and propose process improvement that delivers efficiency and builds business transformation propositions – use as vehicle to drive client and market penetration
Participate in governance calls with clients and ensure timely resolution of key escalations / addressing concerns related to performance/timeliness/quality of services delivered by working with the delivery team to put in place mitigation plans for existing engagement
Participate in monthly contract reviews and quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss current engagements as well strategic priorities
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure customer delight and stickiness
Build business success stories and case studies – publish, speak and disseminate
Proven experience in Back office processes sales strategy demonstrating an ability to synthesize a company’s market and competitive position, operational and financial characteristics and stakeholder objectives into a compelling strategic plan that can be executed to drive long term growth
Experience working in global or multinational business in the U.S. and India and other global locations and in an onsite/offshore environment
Business Acumen – ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth
Experience with enterprise scale applications such as ERP, CRM, Pricing, or Contract Management& Clinical platforms
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-Level executives and ability to build relationships and effectively influence all levels of an organization both internally and externally
High energy individual with positive attitude who can work as part of a cross-functional team
Demonstrated track record of goal achievement.
Willingness to travel as required

Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on competitive market intelligence and emerging service offerings, tools, processes and trends
Provide inputs into the development and implementation of automation processes for reporting schedules and other production aspects
Collaborate with the internal ISU and BPS marketing team on competitive market intelligence
Requires experience delivering / cross selling BPS solutions in Business Process Services with Energy& Resources companies
Strong experience in Corporate functions (F&A, Supply Chain, CIM etc) for back office processes
Graduate with a MBA is preferable
Mid West –Preferably Houston, Tx or Tx.
