Major incident resolution that involves Analyze, design, build, and test workarounds and application changes
Onboarding of accounts for new platforms
Trouble shooting PAM failure issues
Resolving Password Reconciliation issue
Resolve CPM Password failure issue
Design new safe for new platforms
CyberArk Platform Policy configuration/changes
CyberArk Master Policy configuration/changes
Adding exception in policies
Handling business queries
Participating in DR Drill activities
