• Programming: strong SQL capabilities, Jscript, .NET, VB Script.
• Extensive experience in developing Pipeline Pilot protocols for Instrument Interfacing and Data Analytics
• Quality System: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management, Validation and Qualification, Administration of regulated applications, Change Management (data and configuration), System and Network Security, Disaster Recovery.
• Documentation: SDLC Documentation, Installation Instructions, Change Requests, Test Protocols and Training Materials.
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and laboratory operations and workflows.
• Experience or training with Biovia LIMS, Biovia ELN preferred
• Experience in Interfacing Lab Instruments to ELN/LIMS Systems.
• Experience in any LIMS/ELN system (SampleManager, Labware, Biovia ELN, Starlims, Labvantage etc)
• Experience in Instrument Interfacing, Chromatography Data Systems (CDS).
• Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with Business Analysts, Software Developers, and customers.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Good Business Analysis skills in understanding complex Lab informatics workflows and identifying requirements

• This role will include supporting the development of protocols to extract data from instruments, data analysis
• This role is also responsible for designing integration to other client information systems and laboratory equipment, user training and problem solving and support.
• Support interfaces with external applications.
• Integrate instruments with LIMS, ELN
• Develop and maintain a high level of Biovia products knowledge expertise, including new product development, revisions and releases.
