• Administer, track, and archive SOWs, SLAs, Purchasing Agreements, sub-contracts and change related to portfolio
• Aid as contractual medium between vendors and Delta; SCM, IT Finance, IT Project Delivery team
• Rectify and facilitate issue resolution arising from SOWs, SLAs, Purchasing Agreements, sub-contracts and change requests such as system errors, invoice payment and change management
• Assist with training new managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures Assist Program Manager/Project Manager – Analyze budget, resource and spend / identify trends – Coordinate project plans at program Level; consolidate plans to program level – Administer HP-PPM (Project Portfolio Management tool) – Administer SharePoint Site – Administer Change Request process – Administer Issue & Risk process – Executive Reporting Support - HP PPM – Track/Analyze/Identify/Communicate – Under direction of Project/Program Manager
