Notes: This position is needed to support the increased workload supporting our business users during daily operations and enterprise project initiatives. MUST have a personal reason to be in Madison, WI. MUST provide at least two references from current and past managers.

Pay Rate:             $40 to $42/hr 
This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating technical and business analysis for infrastructure services utilized by the  including network and server management, software, and services. This responsibility includes working with IT leadership to provide consistent, coordinated services, and ensuring high quality services for all functions provided by the infrastructure team. In addition, this position assists in coordination of service provisioning and infrastructure hosting provided by the Department of Enterprise Technology ensuring TF is following infrastructure best practices and procedures, technical troubleshooting to resolve system issues with project and business teams across the agency. Additionally, the position will provide business analysis and requirement gathering to integrate business needs with IT systems and development, technical solutions, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
This position provides customer service and consulting support on a broad array of technical services. The incumbent will frequently work on projects that require a strong understanding of customer service, good communication skills and the ability to work within a team approach. The position also involves implementing and using many new technologies offered by. The ability to function with an enterprise perspective and to work with and technical staff, Bureau of Information Technology Services management, and business staff on technical design and business issues is critical.
This position will need to possess the ability to understand user and process requirements and ensure those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables. They will work closely with business units to develop road maps for differentiated service offerings to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure. The position will be involved in continuously improving, supporting, and aligning our strategic initiatives with our technical infrastructure and services.
ITIL knowledge with Service Transition process understanding and Continuous Service Improvement skills is desired. Systems Administrator capabilities with 5 years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 
Must Have Skills: 
•                    Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.) * 8 years
•                    Active Directory Administration * 8 years
•                    Problem/change Management * 8 years
•                    Group Policy management, administration and process control * 8 years
•                    MS Office 2010/O365 * 5 years
•                    Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and analytical/problem solving abilities. * 8 years
Nice to Have Skills: 
•                    Experience with ITIL V3 framework and process * 3 years
•                    ITSM Tools * 3 years
•                    Knowledge of PowerShell * 3 years
