Must-Have Technical:
• Responsible to Manage Oracle Identity/Access Management environment
• Experience in configuration settings of OIM/OAM
• Tool support - install, operate, manage, maintain, update, upgrade, patch and administer
• Experience in Policy Configuration Management
• Generate health and operational reports
• Manage Incident/Request/Changes
• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
• Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report.
• Understand SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the agreement with customer
Good-to-Have
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
• Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls
• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
