He/she will executeadoption strategies and change management programs for end-user andcollaboration technology product & service rollouts. The role will assistcustomers to successfully transition their workforce to new technologysolutions (e.g. O365). The role will be responsible for creating changemanagement activities/deliverables, communication & training strategies, andcoaching during the customer’s transition. This role will focus on the peopleside of change – including changes to processes, systems and technology. Theprimary short-term focus will be executing the training program and changemanagement plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employeeengagement and adoption of new technology products and service rollouts.
This role will be responsible for delivering the same levelof service across the globe.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand customer use cases and requirements, translate technical limitations/requirements through solutions consultations
Execute user adoption and training/coaching programs either through in person sessions or webinar style training when necessary
Partner with communications lead for any end user-ready deliverables and communications
Partner with technical team to provide high quality customer support through documentation / guides /knowledge transfers
Partner with vendors for any roadmap planning for future rollouts or escalations through quarterly business reviews
Measure adoption and user sentiment through:
Execute quarterly qualitative sentiment surveys for all collaboration tools and perform necessary follow-ups to respondents
Create monthly adoption score cards to quantitatively assess usage
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of organizational change, learning, organization design, communication and/or talent management experience
Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement
Working knowledge of change management theory, models, tools and techniques (e.g., building sponsorship, engaging employees, assessing readiness, managing resistance, building resilience).
A history of mentoring and or teaching others to use organizational change, and/or learning methodologies Prior experience with the implementation of change management programs to support large complex projects .
Strong project management, facilitation, team-building, training, coaching and communications skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Prior experience developing change management, communications and training strategies.
Proven ability to work virtually with cross-functional teams and multi-cultural groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - results oriented Innovator, who can operate autonomously and make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure
The most important skill set is experience with the suite of tools within O365 – One Drive, Sharepoint, Flow, PowerApps, etc. Second is having experience supporting change post a migration from Box.
