Job Description
• Strong OCM experience: change planning and leading organizational change initiatives
• Strong experience communicating technical concepts to end users; experience with Office 365 is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Must be effective communicating to diverse audiences using a variety of mediums (e.g., blogs, social networking, formal and informal messaging)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pro-active self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor
• Demonstrated ability to devise effective, creative solutions with minimal guidance
• Experience with preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb new technical concepts with limited or no training or prior experience
