•        More than 10 years of “epic level” customer service and call center support.
•        Possesses solid computer skills, including Office products.
•        Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems.
•        Experience in training, motivating, and supervising customer service employees.
•        Skilled in problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and planning/implementing proactive procedures.
•        Extremely agile and able to adapt to fast paced changes while continuing to provide solid and dependable workmanship.
