Digital Marketing team needs a seasoned professional who can work autonomously to help build business capabilities on marketing automation platform like Eloqua to drive sophisticated digital initiatives. The person will be in charge of leading the business analysis and automating several marketing and operational communications channels (email, video, social, etc.). Should be able to work hand in hand with marketing leadership, field marketers, campaign designers and engineering to drive the change. The candidate must have strong background with marketing automation system like Eloqua and knowledge of marketing processes along with technical competency that allows for easily navigating between internal and vendor engineers, developers and IT analysts.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and scaling Eloqua as marketing automation platform in an enterprise for B2B or B2C marketing function.
Experience building and enabling capabilities for email marketing, lead generation, sales enablement and multi-channel campaigns management using Eloqua.
Well versed with integrating systems with automation platform like third party applications using APIs or app available on Eloqua marketplace.
Ability to analyze and build business processes to bring business data in and out for marketing automation platform for campaigns using Eloqua APIs and custom feeder services.
Experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
Experience with HTML, CSS, APIs (SOAP/REST), form posts, SFTP, 1st/3rd party tracking, query strings, CMS, web authentication is a plus
Experience with database schema design, data cleansing/appending, data exporting for business processes in and out of Eloqua.
Must have experience working in agile projects (preferably Scrum) and collaborate across cross-functional team from marketing execution, sales, engineering and marketing operations.
Ability write clear and precise features, requirements, business user stories and work with Engineering team to translate into design specs.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with Engineering team. This may require preparation of test scripts to ensure thorough execution and continuous operational improvement.
Participate in the deployment planning and final production deployment of the solutions and support users in any post-deployment issues.
Consult, educate, facilitate and communicate knowledge and application of system capabilities/tools/processes to all users and stakeholders impacted. This may require creation of training collaterals and communication plans for end users to understand and adopt delivered solution on Eloqua capabilities and features.
Business Analysis experience in a high-tech company with B2B (partner and customer) marketing highly desirable.
