This role
One of the most important parts of building a company is finding the right people to join the team. PayJoy is looking for an experienced recruiter to help us grow worldwide. You will lead our recruiting efforts globally, establishing processes and executing them to find the best talent possible. This position will report to the HR Manager and coordinate with HR representatives in global offices to drive forward the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process (market map through close), ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and define talent acquisition strategies.
- Refine recruitment processes to ensure a smooth, efficient process for current and future employees.
- Partner with international team members for global recruiting needs, helping ensure a consistent experience for all PayJoy applicants.
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth, high-performance environment, working in a competitive market.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills: on the phone, via email/Slack, in-person, etc.
- High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency about the recruitment process.
- Experience building and / or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure.
- The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
- The desire and appreciation for feedback, as part of the effort to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner.
- A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work.
