The role:
Create and analyze online campaigns, address customer needs and channel them to the support team; assess data and trends to ensure the success of the online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating daily content for PayJoy
  • Maintaining a social media calendar 
  • Growing traffic, engagement, and conversions across platforms
  • Analyzing trends and data on social media platforms
  • Consistently work to reassess social media strategies in order to improve performance
  • Poring over data to develop strategies for retention and growth

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Analytics and YouTube
  • The ability to craft social media content for a variety of different audiences
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • An interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, and video marketing
  • Able to write and communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role
  • Experience or curiosity about the Fintech industry
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online marketing
