Job Duties:      
  • Answering phone calls from customers and stores
  • Answering chats 
  • Completing sales transactions
  • Be able to find alternative solutions for customers
  • Be able to add and improve product
  • Basic troubleshooting issues
 
 Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English (written, spoken, and able to comprehend written instructions)
  • Experience in customer service or technical support
  • Great attitude for customer service
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Initiative
