The PayIt People Operations team is the pulse of the organization. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members on the People and Business Operations teams to help continue to build our growing organization.
• Find creative ways to source and engage candidates for our business and/or technical roles and help shape our growing team, with the eventual goal of pitching candidates on the PayIt platform and vision.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive team to coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process.
• Schedule phone, technical, onsite, and presentation interviews.
• Work with the rest of the People Operations team on logistics of the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, collecting feedback, prepping interviewers, and tracking candidate’s progression.
• Analyze candidate pipeline, status, and noticeable trends and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and management team.
• Work with the People Operations team on internal office and HR projects.
• This is a role with the opportunity for a lot of growth; you must be a passionate self-starter that seeks to grow their skills both outside and within the organization.
Required Skills:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and oversee and conduct several initiatives, functions, and projects in parallel in a professional manner.
• Best in class people skills coupled with strong analytic skills. High EQ and “no task is too small” attitude.
• Demonstrated orientation to continuous improvement, critical thinking, and initiative in areas of responsibility.
• Exceptional project management skills required with keen ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with a modern HR system like ATS (Lever, Bamboo HR, Greenhouse, Google Hire), and Benefit and Payroll Systems like ADP, Paylocity, Zenefits, etc.
• Experience managing technical sourcing and/or other technical recruitment related processes.
• Experience working in a startup strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
