Consumer Insights Jr.

Purpose of the Job:
Insights Executive will manage market research (quantitative, qualitative) of Clip (all areas) in order to enable decision making driving on sales increase and improving service experience/usage

Key Responsibilities:
·         Project/ Study management (end to end) 
·         Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
·         Understand market share, trends, etc
·         Understand consumer’s profile, usage and behavior 
·         Conduct in-house/external research
·         Work with different suppliers and clients
·         Gather and analyze data 
·         Oriented to client service
·        Able to share results and create presentations to different audiences/clients


Technical knowledge and Skills required:

·         Gather and analyze market data: external and internal sources
·         Brief client to understand needs, objectives and scope
·         Have an idea/ recommend the best research plan: methodology, samples, approach, timing, brief suppliers
·         Conduct end to end research projects for different areas/objectives
·         Review and approve fielding materials: boards, questionnaire, etc.
·         Able to manage projects under very little supervision and complete work assignments accomplishing date lines
·         Create presentations and share results to different audiences 
·         Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
·         Oriented to client service
