ABOUT THE ROLE
What You'll Do
  • Work with PassRight founders to set and prioritize hiring goals
  • Source, screen, and recruit top talents from all over the world
  • Maintain customer relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Continue to improve the PassRight candidate experience

What You'll Need
  • 2+ year experience in a technical recruiting role or a fast-paced startup
  • In depth experience with sourcing, screening, and recruiting engineers
  • Knowledge around LinkdeIn Recruiter and InMail
  • Have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
