You
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the clinical and operations teams to offer a best-in-class member experience. You will be responsible for hitting growth targets through consultation calls, assisting members with questions or concerns about their membership, collecting and analyzing user feedback and behavioral data to identify ways we can improve our experience, and contributing to strategic initiatives to help the member experience team improve and scale.

You are energized by exceeding our members’ expectations. You are responsive and solution oriented when engaging with individual members as well as capable of taking a step back and thinking about the long term. 

Impact
  • Conduct consult calls (inbound sales) with prospective members weekly
  • Personally engage with members around their renewal timeframe or when they raise questions or concerns about their membership experience
  • Conduct cancellation calls with current members to gain insights into the drivers of churn
  • Serve as the “voice” of the customer, regularly interacting with the internal team to  inform business decisions and shape new product conversations
  • Effectively use software tools like our CRM and messaging platform to engage with members and keep their profile current
  • Assist the team with day-to-day member communication


Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer relationship management role (customer support, customer experience, similar) within a fast-moving company
  • Proficient in excel, software analytics platform and CRM systems
  • Highly refined communication skills across phone, in-person, and electronic messaging conversations; experience managing difficult customer situations a plus
  • Get stuff done attitude
