Y O U
You are a Brand Designer who seeks to own and evolve our aspirational brand experience across our campaigns. You have professional experience designing lively, sophisticated, emotionally engaging brand experiences—especially on digital—and the work to back it up. You work well in teams, have a capacity for big picture thinking and precision detailing, and know when to strive for perfection or get things done.
R O L E
- Design engaging communications that grow our brand, resonate with our target audience, and acquire new users.
- Design on-brand communications—relatable, aspirational, delightful, and beautiful.
- Understand consumers and their goals, problems, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Manage a productive marketing-design process that elevates our brand while growing our audience and users.
- Deliver and enjoy creating meticulous campaign assets across a range of mediums—videos, social ads, print, photography, and more—for on-time publishing.
- Define user satisfaction goals, track outcomes, and iterate on marketing channels to optimize performance towards business, brand, and user goals.
- Maintain our brand application across channels and tools—templates, systems, and more that empower our team to live our brand.
- Partner with designers, marketers, writers, and other domain experts in a multi-disciplinary process.
- Instinctively share and solicit constructive feedback from designers and other partners.
- Advance our design culture and advocate for user-centered principles across the company.
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and autonomous doer.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Published admirable campaign designs for widely-loved brands.
- 2+ years on communications design with 1+ year on digital marketing channels and acquisition.
- Portfolio of digital marketing and communications work demonstrating taste and aesthetic, process, thoughtfulness, and digital communications fluency; social, emails, mobile and desktop web.
- Expertise in communication design (layout, typography, color).
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and marketing channels (social, email, web).
- Experience with illustrations, iconography, animation, video, and code editing/tools are a plus.
- Exposure to human centered design and user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, testing, and more).
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, and lean digital marketing environment.
- Interests in health, wellness, and the future of healthcare.
