Parsley Health is looking for an organized and enthusiastic people-person who is passionate about recruiting and revolutionizing modern healthcare. As a coordinator in the Clinical Recruiting vertical at Parsley Health, you’re responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for the Clinical team and owning weekly sourcing for physicians. We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
Note that this position has the potential for tremendous growth opportunities as the organization scales and expands into new markets and products. We are looking for people excited to grow with us.
Role
- Assist with full cycle clinical recruitment including sourcing, application review, first screening calls, and coordinating interviews and shadowing.
- Responsible for a minimum of 5 hours weekly sourcing time, producing a minimum of 30 new applicants for physician role.
- Support managing Google Hire ATS and candidate pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers and external partners to help streamline our clinical recruiting process; coordinate logistics around clinical recruiting calls.
- Manage inbound requests from interested candidates.
- Potential for travel to recruiting events in and around the city.
- Own planning recruiting events as requested (e.g. weekly doctor course, doctor meetups).
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Direct sourcing experience and ability to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Experience using an ATS with a habit for database hygiene and attention to detail.
- A clear and extremely professional communicator.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organization.
- Professional but friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility; things change often and we need someone who can roll with the punches and adapt quickly.
Timing: ASAP, for a minimum commitment of 6 months.
