The Sales Operations Manager role at ParkHub is a crucial position within our sales organization. ParkHub is growing quickly and in this role, you will be the “the spider in the web”, connecting with Inside and Outside sales teams, Account Management, Enterprise sales, and Marketing teams. As a Salesforce wizard, you are very comfortable with numbers, pipeline and deal management, optimizing reporting and provide deeper insights in the individual and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
- Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting in Salesforce and InsightSquared for reps, managers, and sales leaders
- Optimize, maintain and safeguard data hygiene in Salesforce
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent
- Manage all RFQ, RFI and RFP processes for the sales teams in close cooperation with Legal and IT
- Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
- Assist with Account Management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal, cross sell and upsell processes
Requirements

- Exceptional analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
- Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, managing and creating dashboards
- Experience with InsightSquared (or other visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software)
- Familiar with RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements and ensure local execution and business impact
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Team oriented; while everyone has their own job and function, we win or lose as a team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in enterprise software/technology
- Experience with Salesforce required, InsightSquared preferred
