Years of Experience: 5+ years of direct and relevant experience with recruiting cleared technical talent.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience

Position Description: Our client is seeking a highly energetic knowledgeable corporate recruiter who will be responsible for delivering the full life cycle of recruiting to ensure success throughout the organization.  The candidate must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to recruit highly qualified cleared technical talent.  The candidate must be self-motivated and competent in prioritizing multiple tasks and working with little supervision.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to develop job descriptions to initiate job requisitions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to evaluate job description criteria, qualify requirement to fully understand the position and identify best candidates.
  • Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Pre-Screen applicants for alignment to position requirements.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews to qualify candidates for positions.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system
  • Manage applicant tracking systems
  • Attend Recruiting Events/Job Fairs.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Coordinate all onboarding actives with Facility Security Office, Human Resources, Program Management Office, and hiring manager.
  • Support business development team to format resumes and qualify candidates.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of direct and relevant experience with recruiting technical talent Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
