RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Strategic Cloud Sales team will:
- Deliver strong, sustainable YOY growth for Packet by exceeding defined targets for revenue growth.
- Drive revenue growth through building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Drive deep customer engagement by understanding the political landscape within each account.
- Develop your assigned accounts and territory creating a robust pipeline of new business.
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles and often presenting to C-level executives.
- Provide an accurate forecast of new business, meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Work closely with the customer success team to provide a smooth transition from initial sale to on boarding and ongoing support of the customer.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience in Cloud Compute accountable for meeting sales-related targets
- Team player with excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to work effectively with clients and partners.
- Ability to communicate equally effectively to Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Executives.
- Is able to grasp concepts quickly and utilize the information in a consultative manner when engaging both internally and externally
- Ability to make solid business decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
