Our reps have the unique opportunity to bundle multiple products together to close more business and better serve our customers’ needs. We set our reps up to succeed with consistent lead flow, a generous commission structure, and outstanding technology and support! We are interested in candidates who can cover any of Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, and Santa Clara counties.
JOB DUTIES
- Meet in-home with homeowners and sell every product offered (solar PV, roof replacements, windows & doors, HVAC systems).
- Follow up with customers to ensure that all financing and project paperwork is completed
- Manage a pipeline of customers and keep the CRM diligently updated
- Top performers generate leads from our customer lists and personal networks
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience selling at least one of our products strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of strong performance selling to consumers
- Comfortable working independently
- Adaptable to fast paced and growing environment
- Professional demeanor (while interacting with customers and in between)
- Empathetic and understanding
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a major plus!
COMPENSATION
- Up to 15% commission on deals
- An additional $1,000 per self-generated deal
- Target earnings of $120,000
