Oxford Road is seeking a bright, multitasking and self-motivated intern to join our strategy team this fall. During your internship you will learn what it takes to work at a fast paced, ad-agency within the Client Strategy Department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting strategy team with onboarding processes for new clients
- Scheduling campaign kick off calls with networks, show producers and clients
- Organizing internal applications and digital files for clients
- Assisting the analytics team with mapping campaign tracking to ensure accurate client reporting
- Gather research from internal and external data to submit a media buy spec: client info, campaign timeline, budget, target demo, flight dates, brand sensitivities, client research
- Plotting booked media spend in campaign budget tracker for client reports
- Analyzing data to assist strategy team with recommendations for media optimizations
- Customizing copy per show with unique tracking codes
- Distributing copy to shows and track implementation dates
Must be a current student seeking and undergraduate or graduate degree.
