Airchecks Coordinator

Job Description:

This position is essential to the day-to-day function of the media and strategy departments and requires an individual that has flawless attention to detail and follow-through and is able to prioritize while thriving in a team-based, fast-paced, growing environment. 

A successful airchecks coordinator is detail-orientated, thorough, resourceful, and is the most persistent in follow-through. 

The airchecks coordinator is responsible for collecting, auditing and reviewing all aircheck deliverables to ensure that all spots and creative are delivered as ordered.

 

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

· Accurately confirm live-read ad delivery and aircheck receipt with networks.
· Accurately maintain airchecks toolkit as confirmations and airchecks are provided by networks.
· Work with vendors including Magellan to collect all podcast and radio live read airchecks by Wednesday EOD for the week prior. Cut any airchecks if/when networks have not yet provided/are known to not provide airchecks within the window required. 
·Accurately label and file all podcast and radio live read airchecks by Wednesday EOD for the week prior. 
·QC all podcast and radio live read airchecks against the provided script. 
·Promptly notify buyers and the strategy team when flagging any deviance from the script and any unusually good or bad performance of all creative, looking for the outliers and determining what may be contributing to their success or failure. Notifications to come in the form of a Google comment in the airchecks toolkit, as well as email.
·Promptly notify buyers and the strategy team of discrepancies between booked and cleared media.
 

Desired Skills and Experience:

·Experience in quality checks or auditing of media spots
·Comfortable spending multiple hours listening to and evaluating hundreds of media spots, often wearing headphones to eliminate distractions and background noise. 
·Proficiency in Excel.
·Proficiency in Google sheets.
·General media background.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy, detail and follow-through.
· Works well under pressure.
·Proven track record of meeting deadlines with short turnaround.
·Excellent organizational skills.
·Ability to work cross-functionally with Media, Creative, and Analytics.
·Works well independently and as part of a team.
