Campaign Manager

Job Description:
As Campaign Manager, the main objective is to help the Growth and Strategy teams provide superior customer service to the client’s under your care and grow revenue year over year. This position will coordinate and maintain all the daily projects and details for clients and perform administrative work for the Growth and Strategy teams and in particular the Strategy Lead(s) you are assigned to.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage campaign projects from request through timely completion.
  • Serve as liaison between Growth and Strategy Teams/Client and internal supporting departments/vendors.
  • Conduct ongoing client discovery as it relates to client's business, industry, competitive analysis, and target audience.
  • Update Client Tracker weekly with all vital Market, Client, and Campaign events.
  • Manage timelines and action items (internal and external, recurring and project-based).
  • Authorizing media team to book plans.
  • Coordinate podcast/ host onboarding (deliverable confirmation, product/service sample delivery, on boarding call scheduling).
  • Coordinate meetings and own note-taking responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of client meeting preparation.
  • Analyze weekly performance data and collaborate with Media Lead on observations and optimization/ next steps.
  • Invoice and Reconciliation check to ensure they are accurate for approval.
  • MSB reconciliation, and postlog spend reporting to Analytics for Tableau reporting.
  • Marketing and New Business Functions.
  • As directed field in-bound sales and new business requests.
  • Coordinate intake and organization of any documents needed for new client acquisition, including LOA, MSA, MNDA, I.O.’s or Creative Briefs.
  • At all levels of servicing the Client, provide Superior Customer Service, Anticipate the needs of the Client and provide the solution(s).



KPI’s:
  • Account activities run smoothly between the Growth and Strategy teams and the Client coming in the form of relationship or strategy.
  • Expectations for deliverables are clearly negotiated and clarified with supporting departments, based on reasonable timetables for quality superior service.
  • Strategy Leads need never double check the quality or accuracy of your work once it reaches their desks.
  • Details, and accuracy are always maintained.
  • Provide clear communication to all parties you are in communication with.
  • Keep accurate notes of activities.
  • Meet all deadlines with complete and accurate work product.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5 years of media assistant/ coordinator experience 
  • Action-oriented – ability to identify issues and solutions as well as anticipate consequences
  • Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
