Manager, Finance & Business Analytics

 
Job Description:

As Manager, Finance and Business Analytics the primary goal is to optimize the financial structures and business operations that support our goal to become the premier advertising agency for consumer tech brands. 

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Migrate data from the current accounting system to NetSuite 
·         Develop integrations for automating processes into NetSuite 
·         Maintain the weekly BOB (Book of Business) report 
·         Maintain the current budget/forecast 
·         Work on getting data from the Media buying tool into SQL 
·         Provide business analytics on client and financial performance 
·         Provide assistance in daily accounting functions 
·         Work with Analytics team 
·         Assist in training and development 
·         Assist in Client reconciliations 

KPI’s:

·         Develop and establish finance and accounting best practices that mitigate risk, increase cash flow and receivables and position Oxford Road as a marketplace leader within our competitive set based on tight financial operation and controls. 
·         Develop tools for capture and reporting of important metrics pertaining to the Agency. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field; 
·         At least 10 years of finance or accounting experience. 
·         Ability to work independently and perform multiple concurrent and diversified tasks. 
·         Business savvy with a strong grasp of business strategy, functions, markets and risks. 
·         Technology savvy; knowledge of accounting and reporting software. 
·         Strong reputation as an influential finance partner with forethought to anticipate the impact of, and provide guidance on, operational and financial issues. 
·         A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills that support and enable sound decision making. 
·         Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 
·         Routinely goes above and beyond the core functions. 
·         Actively searching for and implementing methods/systems that increase work productivity.
