Head of Operations Strategy and Planning

Job Description

  • Support OVO operations which consists of customer acquisition, acquiring operations, and customer engagement on planning and strategy
  • Support Director of Operations at various stages; for example, providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution
  • Develops, implements and coordinates strategies and operational enhancements aimed toward ensuring that programs deliver high-impact services to customers and stakeholders
  • Provides strategic leadership in developing comprehensive plans for the conduct of in-depth studies relating to the various aspects of the business, policy and marketplace
  • Capability to see in big picture from many different pieces and how to make a story flow on how to improved operations
  • Management update on operations achievement and planning
  • Budget and project lead operations with other departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good in process and operations
  • Consultant experience as the work will review, plan, and strategy for operations
  • At least 7 - 8 years solid experience with very good education background
  • Strong in problem solving, negotiation strategies, project management, analytical skills and leadership
  • Mastery of and skill in problem solving, negotiation strategies, and project management
  • Entrepreneurship experience would be a bonus
