Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description:
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, assisting with applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment screening
  • Coordinate and schedule initial screenings, technical phone interviews, and follow up onsite/virtual interviews
  • Assist in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes

Requirements:
  • Currently studying in a reputable university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Love for planning & organizing, and excellent attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic to show initiative, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
