Customer Support Staff (Finance)

Job Description

  • Improve Customer Experience by handling customer's Complaint regarding Top Up and External Transfer Transactionsthroughemail or system
  • Support daily Fin Ops Activities by reconciling customer's external transfer transactions
  • Proceed other customer's related transactions such as Refund and close account process

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years of working experience (Familiar with reconciliation process is preferable)
  • High adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High self-driven in providing solution and the best service to customers
  • Flexible, yet still have self discipline
