Job Description
Improve Customer Experience by handling customer's Complaint regarding Top Up and External Transfer Transactionsthroughemail or system
Support daily Fin Ops Activities by reconciling customer's external transfer transactions
Proceed other customer's related transactions such as Refund and close account process
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
2 years of working experience (Familiar with reconciliation process is preferable)
High adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
High self-driven in providing solution and the best service to customers
Flexible, yet still have self discipline
