IR and People Service Specialist

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance for all acts towards company and government regulation
  • Manage employee relation to create harmonious environment
  • Manage and settle all industrial issues
  • Updating company regulation to assure compliance
  • Conduct partnership with relevant stakeholders (e.g government)
  • Manage people service (insurance, BPJS)
  • Expatriate management (IMTA, KITAS, TKI Pendamping)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong in infrastructure (e.g Policy and Practices, Company Regulation/PP System), dispute, or if you do have any other preference
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in handling industrial relation related issues
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesia Labor laws, rules & regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skill
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in english
  • Experience in Expat Management (optional)
